Regular shutters: 4-6 weeks.

Specialty shutters: 6-8 weeks.

Order to
Receive: Customer purchases shutters, you fax us the order, our
install team will measure the job, we send the order to Norman
Shutters, it is in production within 3 hours, the order is complete
within 24-48 hours, it is shipped and will be in our warehouse in
the above times.
What
do I use to clean my shutters?
Our shutters are made to resist most
staining substances and may be easily cleaned by simply wiping
down or
dusting. For any stains or marks, a soapy water solution may be used
along with a damp cloth.
To clean, open the louvers and panels and wipe
down the front and back of the shutters. You may also
remove the panels
from the frame and take down to clean.
